1. WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
These terms apply to all orders placed through:

✅ Phone/email bookings

2. YOUR RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

3.2 Pricing & Payment

- Dynamic Pricing: Hotel/airline rates may change until paid in full.
3.3 Cancellations

- Digital Items: Sent within 24 hours to your email.
4.2 Returns
- Change of Mind: 14-day return window (unused items only).
- Faulty Items: Email us within 30 days for replacement.
- Non-Returnable: Personalized items, digital downloads.
