Including sales of:

  • Travel services (hotels, flights, packages)

  • Digital products (e-books, travel guides)

2. YOUR RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Age Requirement

  • You must be 18+ to book travel or purchase restricted items (e.g., alcohol).
  • Under-18s need parental consent (verified via ID if requested).

2.2 Accuracy of Information

  • You guarantee all provided details (e.g., passport names, delivery addresses) are 100% correct.
  • Errors may incur fees (e.g., airline name-change charges).

3. TRAVEL BOOKINGS (KEY CLAUSES)

3.1 Our Role

  • We are an agent for Suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Your contract is directly with them.
  • Example: When you book a hotel through us, Booking.com’s terms apply to your stay.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices include:
    • Supplier costs
    • Our service fee (clearly shown at checkout)
    • UK VAT (if applicable)
  • Dynamic Pricing: Hotel/airline rates may change until paid in full.

3.3 Cancellations

  • UK: 3-5 working days (Royal Mail tracked).
  • EU: 5-10 days (possible customs fees).
  • Digital Items: Sent within 24 hours to your email.

4.2 Returns

  • Change of Mind: 14-day return window (unused items only).
  • Faulty Items: Email us within 30 days for replacement.
  • Non-Returnable: Personalized items, digital downloads.

5. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANT)

  • Data We Collect: Name, email, phone, payment details, travel dates.
  • How We Use It:
    • Process orders
    • Prevent fraud

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Contact Us First – We’ll respond within 5 working days.
  2. Mediation: If unresolved, we’ll use CEDR.
  3. Court Action: Must be filed in England (non-UK customers submit to this jurisdiction).

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Minor changes: Effective immediately (posted on our website).
  • Major changes (e.g., fee increases): 30 days’ notice via email.
